Program Overview

RSBTU’s BS in International Law is designed to offer students an in-depth understanding of legal relations between sovereign states, transnational organizations, multinational corporations, and individuals across borders. The program explores treaties, human rights law, war crimes, environmental law, maritime law, international trade law, and diplomatic protections. Emphasis is placed on cross-border legal disputes, global ethics, and international legal institutions like the ICJ, WTO, and ICC. Through mock hearings, model UN sessions, and comparative law workshops, students build real-world advocacy and negotiation skills.
